In exciting but stressful times of purchasing properties, Sarah and her Team made the experience of buying in Batemans Bay as easy as possible for us, especially as we were overseas for much of the transaction. Communication was high and consistent, information and knowledge was readily available and assistance was always there with open arms. For all the battles you can endure with Real Estate Agents and trying to achieve purchasing a property with integrity intact by all parties involved, I believe that we could not have come across a more down to earth, honest, reliable and friendly agent that kept their word to their client in every possible way. Sarah looked after her Vendor and Purchaser with equal interest and honesty. I have already spoken highly of Sarah and her very awesome assistant Megan at Raine and Horne Batemans Bay and will continue to do so. We have bought and sold 8 properties in total over the last 20 years with various Agents, this property has been the hardest to acquire due to miscommunication between Brokers and Conveyancers, but the experience by possibly the best Real Estate Agent and her Team on the South Coast of NSW gave us much relief in stressful times and made the acquisition seem like it was no worries at all on their side of things.
