We faced many obstacles trying to list our display home but nothing was a problem for Sarah. She made the experience as easy as possible, always with a solution to our problem. I would not hesitate to recommend Sarah to anyone who is looking to buy or sell. Sarah is very knowledge, helpful and honest.

Very helpful, sold our home very quickly. They had lots of enquiries from their advertising. Would highly recommend them to anyone in their area.

We recently bought a property through Schultz. Doreen and Sarah were awesome in taking care of us. They went above and beyond to assist us in the buying process. I would highly recommend and sell with them in the future.

Sarah & her Team are great to work with.. They kept me up to date where my property is.. Regular emails, How many views on my property, regular calls with how many ppl viewed my property Thanks very much Highly recommended

I knew very little about real estate in Queensland when Sarah was recommended to me. From the start she was absolutely wonderful and I was truly fortunate to have selected her. The property advertisement went on the internet as soon as I signed up and I was kept up to date with everything that was happening, including regular open houses and updates on what happened at each one. I was also kept up to date with all inspections and offers.

Thanks to Sarah and her team all our expectations were met with our recent house sale - price, timeframe and smooth process.

When Sarah knew I was looking for a home to purchase, I was pleased with her diligence of sending emails of potential houses I may be interested in viewing and finally found the right home.

If you want a “No Bull” agent, then Sarah is your choice. With tenants in place on long term lease with outside managing agent to manage she got the job done as expected and communicated very well through the sale. Highly recommend if you want to deal with a professional agent! Thanks Sarah – Great Job!

I would like to say Big thanks for Sarah and her teams specially Doreen day and night even after hours answer my call and quick response all my email From beginning I thought it will be hard to deal agents from different state but Schulz reality make my to change on this Thanks again all team members See you in future purchases Kindly regards

Schultz Realty were enthusiastic, organised and always available to answer our questions during the sale process.
