Sarah and Doreen were amazing every step of the process. They know their local market very well and had a contract within a few days. They kept in communication regularly, going above and beyond in helping us with our individual needs. Thank you for your amazing personalised service.
Shultz Realty knew the area well and made things as easy as possible for us to finalize the purchase. Queries were followed up promptly and we were very happy with the service.
I am absolutely blown away by Sarah’s expertise and professionalism...her advice and her presentation of my home resulted in the quickest response..just brilliant!!
Sarah was very professional and had a sound knowledge of the area and prices being achieved
Buying through Sarah was extremely easy, she was very helpful throughout the whole process, super efficient and made the whole buying process simple.
Excellent knowledge of the market Sarah and Doreen were wonderful people to work with we totally trusted them they were efficient, honest and reliable they sold our house quickly for for a very satisfying price. They were friendly and down to earth ladies we have dealt with many real estate agents in the past but we highly recommend Sarah and Doreen.
Her team was absolutely amazing, answered all questions and helped with everything.
We have seen dozens of Schultz Realty signs in our suburb over the past year so we knew Sarah knew our local area well. We signed up with Sarah expecting the kind of quick results we had seen for so many others in our neighbourhood, but Sarah still managed to exceed our expectations. One week and one open home was all it took for our investment property to go under contract. Sarah and her fabulous team made our sale such a quick and pain free experience, could not have asked for more!
Sarah really knows her stuff. She is upfront, genuine, honest and trustworthy...not words you usually associate with agents. Sold my house without even needing to list and achueved well above our top expectation. Very friendly and provided fast and to the point feedback. Will be selling my next house very soin, but I have already found my agent...look out for my call Sarah. Thanks, you are the BEST!
Sarah and her team were extremely helpful and accomodating. It was my first time buying and I was pretty clueless. Sarah and her team went out of their way to make sure I had all the paperwork I needed and ensured I submitted it on time. I would use Schultz’s agency again and definitely recommend others to use as well!
Sarah managed to get a good result in a market which has been in the doldrums for quite some time. No hitches in the whole process from start to finish.
