I had an investment property that I was hesitant to put on market as wasn't sure whether it'll sell above the price I purchased it for as I overpaid originally for a number of reasons. As soon as the agreement was signed Sarah was onto it! The photos were taken and the house was up I'm pretty sure the next day, it actually took me by surprise how quickly it was advertised, and that same weekend she held an inspection, with which I had two offers submitted.
