Sarah with Doreen and Jed were a fantastic team! They were attentive and made the experience as easy and stress-free as possible. I was definitely made feel like I was genuinely thought about and cared for - not just the house I was selling! From the morning after I booked a free appraisal, a few years ago, Sarah and her team provided an open, professional and caring service with “good, old fashioned” touches that you don’t experience very often in this day and age. They went above and beyond to achieve what was best for me and my situation (adapting and supporting me as this changed) and were able to explain everything (even news I wasn’t expecting) in a kind and courteous way with full explanation of the situation and ways to proceed. From our first contact, there has been open communication. Hard conversations were had in a way that made me feel listened to and thought about. I cannot thank them enough!
