Selling is always a massive process, and usually pretty painful, but with Sarah I had perhaps the first genuinely positive experience from start to finish. What blew me away was how ahead of the curve she was with strategies. She had various approaches, all of which she explained the strengths and why she was recommending them, and then left it up too us as to what we wanted to employ. While I was conservative with my estimates about where we would end up, Sarah absolutely smashed that by a significant amount, giving us a really, really good outcome. All in all, the best real estate I've used, and genuinely recommend.
