Recently we sold our property in Malvern with Sarah Sharp of Jellis Craig. Sarah did a fantastic job assisting us. Sarah impressed us during a few inspections with her natural and genuine manner. When she followed us up as potential purchasers she was respectful and courteous. It seemed an easy decision for us to entrust the sale of our property with Sarah. During the sales process my husband was very sick. Our tenant had not yet moved out and because she knew we were physically unable to attend to the completion of the tenancy and paper work and liaising about the bond, Sarah generously offered to this on our behalf. She ensured that the tenancy paperwork was finalised correctly. Sarah also attended to things we would call "above and beyond" the usual scope of her role as sales agent and gave of her time graciously and generously, even holding meetings at our home in Oakleigh so my husband would not need to make the trip to her office. While our property did not sell at auction, she successfully achieved a great sale for us within a few days. We would not hesitate to highly recommend Sarah as not only a competent and highly professional sales agent, but also as a genuine, natural and kind person. Helen and Andrew Kephala
