Excellent customer service and approach to Real Estate.

Sarah's approach to selling real estate was a breath of fresh air after we had some fairly mediocre dealings with some of the agents on the Sunshine Coast. She was friendly and approachable and from a buyer's point of view that is really important when making such an important purchase. We had had experiences with other agents that had been standoffish and quite frankly, arrogant and were slow to act. Sarah obviously works hard for her vendors but also keeps her buyers happy and in the loop. In such a hot market, it is easy for agents to just think that another buyer will come along but we didn't feel like we were 'indispensable'. She knows the importance of keeping up the communication and obviously knows this area very well.
