when we put an offer we had asked that we needed at least 8 weeks before final settlement. Sarah confirmed this with vendor but onece we put the deposit in, the vendor wanted to have a quick settlement. Sarah couldn't negotiate with vendor even though the vendor had agreed to 8 weeks.we lost a huge amount of money by breaking the rental contract. We were very disappointed with her that she couldn't do anything when the vendor couldn't stick to what was agreed in the first place. After we moved in,we found that ducted heating and cooling was not cutting off at set temp.we had asked sarah to get some details as to who installed the system from the vendor but she was unable to get this from the vendor. But We wish to say that Sarah was very helpful throughout the purchase.Our Dealing with her was a good one.
