when we put an offer we had asked that we needed at least 8 weeks before final settlement. Sarah confirmed this with vendor but onece we put the deposit in, the vendor wanted to have a quick settlement. Sarah couldn't negotiate with vendor even though the vendor had agreed to 8 weeks.we lost a huge amount of money by breaking the rental contract. We were very disappointed with her that she couldn't do anything when the vendor couldn't stick to what was agreed in the first place. After we moved in,we found that ducted heating and cooling was not cutting off at set temp.we had asked sarah to get some details as to who installed the system from the vendor but she was unable to get this from the vendor. But We wish to say that Sarah was very helpful throughout the purchase.Our Dealing with her was a good one.

Me and my partner just recently purchased our first house and being new to the home buying business we have met quite a few interesting real estate agents. For one thing, buying our first house was a daunting and confronting task and we found that with Sarah, we were more at ease because the of way she handled the negotiations and the support she has given to us while going through the process of purchasing our house. She has the right attitude and also she was very friendly and approachable, she did not only act on the best interest of the seller but of both parties.

When selling, she keeps in touch, always lets you know of any inspections or updates, and is quietly supportive while giving you a chance to think. She treats you as a friend, and as if your sale or purchase is not just a means to a commission.

We contacted Bathurst real estate early October to inspect a potential house to purchase. We then met Sarah who from day 1 looked out for our needs. Sarah was the only agent we used to look at all potential properties for the fact that she was punctual and very proffesional. Needless to say we secured our investment property through Sarah who up to settlement was right there with us every step of the way making the purchase a breeze.
