Sarah Street and Brett Macadam came to meet us to discuss the sale of our property. We selected them over competitors because of their knowledge of the market, past results, and we found them easy to work with. In the end we got a good result, even though it was a bit less than we hoped in a falling market. Most of our contact was with Brett, although I don't know what Sarah did in the background to help the sale. At times I found Sarah difficult to contact, although Brett was always there to answer questions. Sarah did put me in touch with a number of tradesmen who we needed to get the house saleable.
