Sarah was an outstanding agent. She was professional in everything she did; she was highly organised and reliable; she understood the value of keeping her client informed and up to date on the progress of the sale. Frankly, it would be difficult to find fault with Sarah's performance. She was accurate with her initial assessment of value, but worked hard to deliver the best result possible. Sarah and her all-female team, Shannon and Breanna, made selling my mother's unit in Caringbah, while I was based in Canberra, easy and stress-free. They were incredibly professional, efficient and responsible. Sarah gave me details of local conveyancers, cleaners, removalists, etc, within a couple of hours of meeting her, and before I even signed a contract. Her assistant, Shannon, took the running from that point on - meeting removalists and the cleaners, and setting up the open home, etc. Nothing was too much trouble. Shannon kept me up-to-date with everything as it went. She also did a terrific job negotiating an above expected price for the unit, resulting in a satisfactory sale within two weeks of marketing.
