We were very please with the marketing and the way Sarah handled herself. An extremely hard working and professional sales person. I have already referred Sarah to other possible clients. We didn't quite reach what I had hoped for, BUT, that was not Sarah's fault. There market was falling while we ran the five week sale. Plus we were up against a stupid vendor in our complex which I definatly effected our sale, as they dropped their price numerous times to crazy amounts, which throw our price around effecting our purchasers. On auction day I had the support of 12 people who were happy with the overall outcome. I was just wanting to exchange the new property for the old without incurring any costs and this didn't happen. This was at no fault of Sarah. I would refer Sarah and use her again.
