I guess everything happened very quickly! I sold my house after 2 days on the market, then my offer on this property was accepted the next. I did find coms a bit hard because of this, as well as being away camping when it all went down, but also because of the coms coming from 3 separate people . I understand the need for busy agents to have support (care team), but I found it a tad difficult trying to communicate with 3 different people and would have preferred just one. I don't want yo take anything away from Sarah or the team, they were great! This was just my old school ways and preference when dealing with something so personal and such a large investment/purchase that it would be nice just to have one point of contact. Again probably just a personal preference!

The brief interactions with Sarah were professional in nature, she was friendly and helpful in the moments we interacted. I had been liaising with another property manager prior to Sarah taking over, so I can't comment in detail about Sarah. However, I feel there was bit of 'wobbliness' after the previous property manager left, which felt uncomfortable. There was miscommunication when it came to handover and things were left to the last minute. I understand that this was a symptom of having to step into anothers shoes and pick up from there.
