This was my first time selling and boy was it scary!!! Sarah helped to settle my nerves by giving me up front information, an honest review of my situation and an outline of what was to come. Then she rallied the troupes to help prepare my home for sale and present it at its best. I had recently started working full time so didn't have much spare time.
