I found myself in a situation where I was a little bit short on knowledge of the market situation in the Blue Mountains area as I have lived in Sydney all my life. However from the first moment I made contact with Chapman Real Estate I felt so comfortable dealing with this agency. I spoke with a number of other agents who, in my opinion, lacked the ability to be able to assess that I was in fact a very genuine seller. This was not the case with Chapmans. I was treated with respect and understanding and I was so impressed by the fact that we would have a number of other Chapman agencies up and down the mountains working to sell our house.
