Sarahs market knowledge which was acquired over many years was obvious. She communicated this knowledge in a positive and easy going style. She proved her negotiating skills by obtaining what I believe was the best sale price given the market situation at that time. Sarah was always professional but is able to make clients feel comfortable and included in the sale process. Additionally Sarah had the support and enthusiasim of Sharon who is also an excellent member of the team and like Sarah is a wonderful representative of the company.
