Sarah has a very pleasant personality and we found her to be up to speed with the market. Her help with what we needed to do to prepare for putting the property I'm sure lead to a quick sale. We were kept informed as to how the advertising was going and the level of interest being generarated. Being part of the Casterton community is definitely a plus for her and is probably the main reason we picked Sarah to sell the property.
