The property is a unique property in that it is a down hill battleaxe block with no street frontage , which , whilst intensely private, is not necessarily appealing to the wider market. Sash put together an excellent marketing campaign and also gave us guidance and assisted with some minor repair work prior to sale. His experience and expertise on the auction day also ensured that we achieved a satisfactory price outcome , when it initially looked like we may have chosen to pass it in.
