If you want the best price for your place avoid this guy and the agency. When selling my place, I would find out when open house inspections were online like everyone else. Only verbal reports on inspections. Lied about financial approval of a buyer which meant staging was removed and then offer fell through. Loss $20K on a lower offer because of this. A greedy, liar that fits the stereotype of a dodgy agent. You will not get the best price with this guy or Morrison and Kleeman look elsewhere. Then when settlement approached I was TOLD a final inspection was before 7 days. I a difficult, dodgy agent and agency.
