we've had quite a long relationship with Sasha - he was the original agent that sold us our property, who we then used to lease it out when we moved to somewhere bigger and then he was the one to sell the unit at the end! Throughout all of these experiences the one thing about Sasha is he makes the process very easy. He's straight up and someone you can rely on for advice for things to do. With a new, young family he was easily aligned with what was also happening for us at the time.
