I told Sasha that I wanted $1.1m for my property which I knew was a big ask in a falling market. After the first two to three weeks I didn't think it was going to happen. Sasha also had the necessary knowledge to provide me detailed advice on how to improve my unit in order to attract potential buyers (e.g. new paint job, privacy screen in the balcony, new lights, etc). This advice is ultimately what led to my unit being sold. Sasha even met with me in-person at my request at inconvenient times (e.g. late night) to move the sale process along.
