Looking for the right property is one of the most time-consuming, exhausting and frustrating activity, and since it is a life-time investment, it is understandable that no one would want to have any unanticipated risks. We have spent close to two months around the Glenwood and Baulkham Hills area looking for a home, and we even participated in auctions with no success. Sasha has acted professionally in selling our 3 bed-room unit in Rouse Hill at very good price when the market condition is not great. Sasha gave us valuable advice from vacating, decorating and advertising the unit for sales. Despite number of people inspecting the unit was high, no offering and was close to year-end, Sasha continued looking for sales opportunity while we are overseas.
