From our very first meeting Saskia proved herself knowledgeable both of real estate in general and of the Pitt Town area specifically. She provided us with key information that other popular agents had failed to share, allowing us to get the house on the market in the shortest possible time. Saskia was sensitive to our situation and responsive to our needs. We would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable agent.

Saskia took on selling in another area to assist me with my purchase. I found her to be friendly and down to earth. I would not hesitate to recommend Saskia if you are buying or selling

I've been looking for 6 months now ,open houses with lots of different agents. I meet Saskia at one of her open houses, she listened to what I needed . And found my perfect match in my preferred location Saskia is a real estate that really does listen and is totally professional I had a wonderful experience with Saskia.

Previously Saskia has sold 3 properties on my behalf so when the time came to sell number 4, I had no hesitation contacting her again. This time the result was most impressive. Saskia had a client looking for a new home and she felt my property would really suit her. 2 inspections later and the client made an offer I could not refuse. Saskia's knowledge of the local market & property values mean her buyers and her vendors all benefit from her experience.

Saskia's knowledge in properties in the Pitt Town area and property development were essential in selling the block of land. She was able to assist prospective purchasers with their enquiries. Saskia was professional, honest and transparent in her communications. She goes above and beyond.

We recently purchased land through Saskia. Our experience with Sas was nothing short of remarkable. She was honest, reliable, and up front, which is hard to find these days with Agents. I would recommend Sas to any prospective buyers/sellers.

Saskia helped guide us through the very emotional process of selling our parents home. At the very first meeting she developed a plan and it was executed perfectly. Saskia went above and beyond always and her communication and honesty was constant throughout the process. She is totally “customer focused” and truly understands the importance of communicating with her clients. We can’t thank her enough for all she did and would have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone. Thank you Saskia!
