Saskia was open & honest from the outset. She took the time to listen & answer all our questions & anything that needed further clarification she was back with answer asap. She took the time to take us through the house pointing out things that have been fixed & things that need repair. She was always keeping in touch with us throughout the whole process & keeping us informed. I have to say, buying the house was a lot easier than the mortgage application.
