Saul is a great agent, friendly and courteous, good listener with a lot of insight, excellent communication skills and very hard working, he and his partner run about 6 or more open homes back to back every Saturday, plus a few private inspections during the week. They had zoom meetings with us occasionally to talk about certain offers, even though we rejected a few low offers they still pushed on until they found us a buyer for the right price. We are very happy with Bj and Saul, the settlement process was also smooth and easy. We would highly recommend them and would call them again in the near future if need be.
