As a buyer Savannah was great to deal with, everything in regards to inspections and contract though to hand over was great. But the property had a Tennant in place at time of purchase and for the 1st 5 months of ownership, the property was also managed by Ray White Upper Coomera and they where terrible to deal with, I would never ever use these guys to manage a property that I own, I switched property management companies as soon as I became aware of what was happening and ever since I haven't had a single problem.
