We fell in love with the property and placed our bid. It wasn't enough, yet Scott knew how much we loved and wanted 3 Old Road Olinda. He came back to us with an update to enable us to make another offer, and this was helpful in securing the final approval by vendors. Since the sale, he has been available for any follow up queries and support.
There was no shadow of a doubt Scott wasn’t getting this listing. He was there with me from day one to the end. He was there and consulted through the rebuild & gave his advice. He was there every step of the way. Without Scott I couldn’t have created what I did. We sold the home to a lovely couple which Scott & Andy put together and never gave up. They gave me the reassurance and confidence that sometimes I lacked. I 110% recommend Scott and his team. No one would work harder for you. If you consider another agent you are mad!
Scott was respectful and helpful to both sides, he has good market knowledge of the area.
Scott knows his market, sets realistic expectations, is very professional and delivers great results. He is responsive, helpful and proactive and provides practical informed advice on target market, the preparation & presentation of property for sale.
Scott is friendly and easy to communicate with. Any detail or silly question is no trouble! He put my mind at ease and guided me through my first ever house purchase. He then put me in touch with great local trades to help with the conditions I had set on the contract and has even helped connecting me with their property management team. What an amazing experience
Scott was great. We gave him an difficult deadline, basic home (that we out grew) and he delivered beautifully for us. Scott was easy to deal with and had the local knowledge we needed.
We'd like to thank Scott for helping us purchase our dream property. His professionalism and dedication made the process smooth and stress-free. He was always available to answer our questions and provided valuable guidance every step of the way. We highly recommend Scott to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled real estate agent.
We’ve had dealings with Scott over the past 7 years from being tenants where the owner was selling (he was very respectful of our space and time with being tenants) to purchasing our own home/s. He is very knowledgeable about the properties, the area and community. He is also very patient with our constant questions at every open house we have seen him at over the years. Whether we have been buying or selling Scott has always been knowledgeable and professional the whole way through.
The property I sold had been a rental for the previous 6 years, when the time came to sell, I chose Scott (Fletchers Olinda), they were not the current property managing agents at the time of sale, I chose Scott because of his communication and personalized approach, his professional and reliable qualities which ensured a quick, smooth and successful sale. Scott Allison had been communicating with me for over a year after selecting him to represent my sale, knowing my sale price, his market knowledge shared with me was acurate and honest, something we as sellers are not always wanting to hear. His knowledge of the area and the demographic appeal it would be of interest too was spot on and so was his timing to sell and there marketing expertise made my requested price range achievable. The process was simple and well advised, I was kepted in formed every step of the way and would recommend anyone wanting a great experience with a great guy who is passionate about what he does, to reach out and have a chat with him, Scott and Fletchers are your team. AAA+++ from me.
Scott and the team at Fletchers provided exceptional service throughout the entire process. Their local knowledge and expertise were truly above and beyond, making what could have been a difficult and emotional time stress-free. From the very beginning, they took the time to understand my needs and offered thoughtful advice every step of the way. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to achieving the best possible outcome made all the difference. If you’re thinking of buying or selling, I highly recommend reaching out to Scott—there’s no one better to guide you through the real estate journey.
Scott was highly professional, knowledgeable and cheerful. The auction process was smooth and Scott communicated throughout.
