Only good things to say

Scott was on my block for sale on the day I made first contact. I gave him the job. Then came the Covid lockdown so I assumed it wouldn’t sell (again). I sold unconditional for a good price without having to negotiate hard with the buyer. It was an unexpectedly smooth experience.
