Cannot recommend Scott highly enough, his enthusiasm and feedback was prolific to say the least, the whole team at Buckingham were delightfully professional, .. a great result from the sale also!, Scott is definitely the most cuddly real estate guy you will ever meet, his kids are cute too.

I contacted Scott Anderson of Buckingham & Co. for some advice and current market prices in our area as we were looking to downsize to a smaller property. He organised an evaluation on our property and a marketing plan and a price range which we thought sounded reasonable so we agreed to put the property on the market. Scott then offered to accompany us to purchase giving us sound advice on the different properties we inspected and we eventually did buy with his assistance in dealing with all the selling agents. During the 4 week marketing campaign we were given regular feedback on prospective buyers and there comments. Come auction day Scott received some not good news when 2.of his expected bidders bought properties earlier in the day but still he fought on with the assistance of the auctioneer to achieve a good result.
