Very professional and very helpful, great communication all the way through the process

We were interstate investors needing to sell and chose Scott based on his local knowledge and results, but we hadn’t counted on how personable he would be as well! We had a very saleable property which became the best house in the street once we followed through with his suggestion to get the stylists in. Despite this, the market proved soft at auction time, and we had a couple of hurdles with post auction offers that dented our confidence. Throughout this Scott remained positive and confident of a pre-Christmas sale, and his continued work with open houses and advertising during the contract process meant that he was able to have an alternative (higher) offer in waiting when the planned purchase fell through. Hats off to Scott for his all round professionalism and continual open communication during the sale process, and achieving the figure we had hoped for in uncertain circumstances.
