I've bought and sold a number of properties and I have never had a better experience renting and selling properties with a Real Estate agency than with Bailey. I moved a leased property to Bailey for management after some issues with a previous agency, and over the two years it was leased Rachel and Molly met and exceeded every expectation I had. They have always made the extra effort to make sure I'm happy with their service. They are easy to contact, they never make any excuses for not doing something, and they always respond immediately to phone calls or emails. They do the job and they do it exceptionally well. Thankyou so much! When I decided to sell the property, the handover to Renae and the sales team was quick and easy. Renae ensured the property was ready for inspection and on the market incredibly quickly and was receiving offers before the advertising was even finished. She worked nights and weekends to make ensure she got as many people through the property as she could, and she kept in touch with me constantly and ensure I knew everything that was going on and that I was happy with her service. Bailey really is an amazing agency, I would recommend to anyone looking to sell or lease a property!
