Scott helped the reviewer sell this property

Scott is an agent who has integrity, honesty and empathy.

Hard working, determined and honest are terms we would use to describe Scott Baxter. Scott came highly recommended to us from a neighbour, who had recently sold their property with him. With the integrity he displayed at our first meeting we were immediately assured that he was an agent we could trust and rely on. Instead of outlandish projected figures, he used facts, honesty, and research to assure us that the sale of our most valuable asset would be best with him. And he was right. Navigating a market with rising interest rates and uncertainty, we felt that the sale of our house, and our wellbeing, was his sole focus and absolute priority. Scott’s prompt response to our communications (at any time) as well as his own regular updates and feedback made us feel comforted and valued. Despite the market negativity, he attained an excellent result for us through hard work, tenacity and diligence. We have no doubts that Scott will continue to achieve exceptional outcomes due to his wonderful qualities and absolute professionalism.
