Scott was happy to talk to me at any time and understood (as I was a novice when it came to buying a property) my concerns. He was easy and quick to come to my aid and answer all my questions. I never found him to be grumpy or put out when I rang him at odd hours. I found him friendly and unpretentious.

Scott was the second agent we used to sell our investment unit in Nundah. After the first agent charged us extremely high marketing costs and failed to bring us one offer we decided to change to Scott who was the agent we originally brought through. Scott brought us an offer after the first open and after negotiations the contract was signed and settled within 5 weeks. The marketing costs were half of our first agent, we would highly recommend Scott if you are looking at selling your property, he knows the area and the market.
