We would highly recommend Scott. He has a genuine approach to helping both vendor and buyer which makes him very likeable, easy to work with, and gets great results. He has highly tuned methodology from his years of experience which maximises sale price for the vendor and reduces stress from both buyer and seller. He books private inspections with each buyer, gives them plenty of time, attempts to understand any objections, and gives them every opportunity to put their best foot forward to secure the property. As a buyer I found Scott to be very honest and upfront in his dealings with me and my wife. After attending over 40 inspections as first-home buyers, Scott's approach to inspections was a refreshing change. We were allowed to take our time in a private inspection. It's easier to talk and visualise yourself living in the property when there isn't an overwhelming number of people inspecting the property at the same time. Scott made the process of inspecting the property, placing a bid, and exchanging contracts a very easy process for what would be a very overwhelming process otherwise to first-home buyers.
