I am glad that I came across Scott as I was having trouble finding an agent who will give things a 100% as the value of my property wasn't significant. After trying another local agent, I came across Scott who put in so much effort towards marking, taking amazing drone photos, even organizing the block to be slashed. I couldn't believe it when he sold my block within 2 weeks because there were 3 other blocks on the same street for sale for about 4 months.
