In a world where communication is made easier, it seems rare these days to meet someone who takes the time to communicate well. From start to finish (and we had over a three month contract in a rural area), Scott was great with his communication. He did exactly what he said he would in following up requests, making calls between us and the sellers/solicitors. Where do i start? 10/10 for this review on Scott. We found this to be a hard emotional sale due to deceased estate. Scott listened to what our needs were and came through. We asked Scott to reappraise the property as we felt 1st view the property was not in its glory! Scott knew the market and we trusted him immensely and the property sold so quick.
