Scott did an excellent job selling our house, achieving a great price under difficult circumstances (during the COVID crisis). Scott worked very hard on all aspects relating to the advertisement and sale of the house - presenting the house to best advantage, running open house sessions, negotiating with interested parties, keeping us promptly informed of developments and securing a buyer. We could not have sold the house without his expertise and experience, especially as the house was vacant and we no longer live in the area. It was difficult to navigate the market because of the uncertainty and limitations created by the pandemic, but Scott guided us through it and we are very happy with the resulting sale.
