Due to Covid-19 and lockdown we were a bit sceptical as to whether the timing was right to sell. After discussions with Scott we decided to put it on the market with a restricted 'open' house, appointment only on the following Saturday. Monday we had an offer which we accepted. All done in a week. The whole process went so smoothly and to receive more than what we expected but so grateful for was due to Scott's knowledge of the market and his negotiating skills.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Scott and his team at LJ Hooker Norwest for helping me get the record price for a unit sale in my building. I had my investment property happily leased out through them over the last 10 years and decided it was finally time to sell.
