He was not pushy or forceful, but very helpful when it came to the details and suggestions, and kept us well informed at every step of the process. When I first considered the idea of selling my property I wasn't sure how to go about it. My sister had found me an ideal property just around the corner from her and it was then that I first met Scott who was handling the property in Temby when I went to view it. I immediately found Scott to be an ideal real estate agent to deal with. I explained to him my situation and that I wished to pay for the Temby St property from the proceeds of the sale of my property. Scott immediately offered to come over the next morning and look at my property and confirm that I wanted to sell it. Scott explained the process they use and that should my property be successfully sold all money would be held in the Attree Real Estate Trust Account and all payments made from there. The process proceeded under Scott's guidance to the stage where we reached an agreement on price for my property with a young couple who wanted to buy it and the owners of the Temby St property, paid our deposit and now only wait for settlement to take place. Scott at all times has kept me up to date with everything and provided all of the forms I have had to complete to finalise the sale. Scott has been a great real estate agent and we achieved a good price for my property considering the state of the housing market at the moment.
