Once I had decided to sell I of course spoke to a few agents to find the right fit - for me. In reality, if your house is of interest to a prospective buyer they aren't going to worry who the selling agent is so the agencies database is pretty much irrelevant. The agents I spoke to were all obviously capable and felt they had the 'best approach' to market my home but at the end of the day Scott's down to earth, no nonsense, realistic approach made it a very easy choice for me. Scott was thorough, upfront and followed through on every point through the sale. You place a lot of trust in an agent, not only the financial side but giving them full access to your home, on multiple occasions, while you go out and 'leave them with it'. That trust is not misplaced with Scott. I whole heartedly recommend Scott and the team that support him behind the scenes.
