This is probably the worst time in real estate history for buying a house and my house hunting experience prior to meeting Scott was less than enjoyable. I had pretty much given up. I called Scott at 12 noon on a Wednesday to inquire about a property. He heard my story and immediately offered to drive from Kiama to Elderslie to show me the house at 5 that afternoon. In between that call and the showing, he had prepared the current owner and the documents and at 6pm I bought the house. I agreed to a very short cooling off and a very short settlement. Scott worked all the stakeholders to ensure that everything went smoothly. By Friday afternoon, we knew this deal was going ahead. Scott is a down to earth, honest, transparent guy who works hard for both the seller and the buyer, this is a very rare quality. Scott made the process of buying this house an absolute pleasure.
