I dealt exclusively with Robert Granger - starting with the receptionist's welcome the agency had a good feel. After outlining my criteria Robert was very efficient in narrowing down the field. His knowledge of market history and trends was very enlightening and he went out of his way to be of assistance - without applying any pressure. All up, a very pleasurable experience.
