Scott is a professional agent who we would highly recommend to anyone selling their home. Our close friends recommended him to us and had used him several times. We couldn't have been happier. Scott is well connected in our local area. He knows the market in a detailed and intuitive way, having first hand experience. We felt totally supported by him and he made sure our own needs were paramount. Putting our house on the market quickly was made so much easier with Scott's help. He organised house washing/window cleaning, styling, pest/building reports and pool fence quotes with short notice and everyone that came to our house who knew Scott was complimentary about him. Scott worked collaboratively with us - listening to our thoughts and ideas and acting on them. He communicated with us well, almost on a daily basis and kept us informed on every aspect of the campaign. What perhaps impressed us the most whilst working with Scott was that whatever he said he would do, he did! This gave us enormous confidence especially on auction day.
