Best decision we made, he was honest and realistic at our initial discussion about what we could achieve and by when, and he continued to deliver exactly that through the process of the our property sale. Not only did he provide honest advice, he supported us to find the trades we needed to ensure the house was at its best for sale, this wasn’t just a stylist or marketing team, but fencers, painters and cleaners, all who we would happily use again! Once the house was on the market, he did everything within his control to ensure we had the right level of interest from buyers and genuine offers, keeping in contact with us through various methods, phone, WhatsApp and email with regular updates. I don’ think i have worked with a more genuine and responsive agent. We will certainly use him again when the times comes - he may need to expand his area of reach! Keep up the great work Scott!!
