Wow - Great Salesman

You know it's not very often that you can say that selling your house is a relatively stressless experience - however that is the case with the recent sale of our property. The experience with Scott from the beginning was a well planned and executed. It was not a matter having open houses and then an auction to see what the maximum amount was bid (which is the case with a lot of real estate agents. Scott actually "sold" the house to prospective clients, finding out their wants, needs and capability to meeting the vendors price expectations. After the contract was signed - there was a slight hickup prior to going unconditional but this was handled very well with Scott communicating with the purchaser and us - at no stage was I stressed thinking that the sale would fall through - I guess it was because of the trust that I had in Scott - well done Scott - I cannot recommend him highly enough to future vendors and buyers.
