Scott has been our agent since we purchased our 1st home in 2015. We wanted to sell our apartment this year and asked Scott to represent us. What impressed us the most throughout the whole selling process is that he always got prepared, probably 2 or 3 steps ahead, so that every opportunity could be adequately captured and addressed, which is exceptionally important when the market is not so favourable to a vendor. I think that is the most valuable part of his work - to facilitate the closing of a deal.
