This was my first experience in selling house so I was very confused and unclear on the procedure, getting house prepared for inspection and the complete sales process. I spoke to few local agents and I was still not getting confidence and speaking to Scott gave me that confidence. He explained me the complete process by coming down to my level and then helped me getting the house ready for inspection. Normally other agents don't give any real help unless you signup with them but he went extra mile for example by giving us his trusted handyman's contact for getting the house ready for inspection. Scott is a true professional who has an intimate knowledge of the market, a caring and engaging personality and the skills and experience to understand the needs of both the vendor and purchaser. He first understood my needs, discussed options, gave sage advice and then developed and implemented a 3 phase plan to sell my home. Despite an unexpected lockdown he was able to manage the process to sell in the 1st phase. Scott was result oriented, practical and transparent with his communications. Although we didn't get the price we were after we believe it was the best outcome that was achievable at that point in time given our circumstances. We wanted to get out of our position as fast as possible with minimum damage and Scott was able to deliver that.
