The property sold at the bottom end of the expected market price despite unexpectedly high internet interest. Part of the cause for this may have been because the property had a "Local Heritage Overlay" which did cool buyer interest once this fact was made known. The property was very saleable as a 4 bedroom family home in a very good condition.
