Both highly professional and very empathetic.

I had never sold a house before and was now tasked with having to sell my family and childhood home. Being very honest, the thought of dealing with an estate agent was filling me with a certain amount of dread as I probably did have in the back of my mind a certain stereotype. But I couldn’t have been more wrong. The sale was a very emotional one and Scott was incredibly supportive of what we were trying to achieve. And went above and beyond to make this happen.
