A fantastic and smooth experience

Scott helped us sell our house swiftly and at a great price, We couldn’t be more satisfied with our experience. Our initial nerves when selling a first house were put to ease quickly as Scott was incredibly friendly and helpful, and immediately we felt confident in his professional abilities. He kept us advised at every step and insured we understood the things that were happening, and the choices we had. The communication was fantastic! We were able to email/text and best of all, call at all hours, we never felt limited, and never felt like we should hold back on asking questions, he was incredibly patient and kind. We went into this nervous and without knowledge. And I can honestly coming out of this say “wow that was easy” while at the same time, knowing that it was no small work for Scott, as we had a short time frame to sell and were set on a selling price, but! he made it happen! We couldn’t Be happier with our experience. Before meeting Scott, holding the weight of selling the house so quickly was quite heavy on us. Then we met Scott and hey may as well have said’ hey, let me hold that for you’ which was exactly what we needed at the time. No doubt in my mind that this what you would call a 5 star service/experience Thank you so much Scott !
